This vintage 4-cup capacity tea pot is the style of the famous "Brown Betty" tea pots from England. It is substantial ceramic piece and features a stout belly shape and colored brown with a brown and white drip glaze. I love the classic shape and utilitarian design. It is in excellent condition, with no chips, cracks or staining -- it appears to have never been used.
Made in the USA, this vintage Pfaltzgraff teapot is stamped and marked 701 on the bottom. Measures approximately 9-1/2" L x 5-1/2" W x 5-1/2" T and weighs 1 pound, 13 ounces.
Circa 1950's, this tea pot is a perfect accent for a country kitchen or any decor for that matter. Also makes a great gift for a tea lover or tea pot collector.
