Vintage Jessica McClintock Satin Evening/Clutch Bag with Silver Shoulder Chain Circa 1990's

This classic purple satin purse is from Jessica McClintock, circa 1990's. This item is in good vintage condition with minor signs of wear. It features pleated detailed satin, a silver chain shoulder strap, which tucks in if you want a clutch bag, a snap close and an inside side pocket.

It measures approximately 9-3/4" wide x 5" tall x and the silver shoulder chain measures 12" in length. Jessica, who passed away in 2021 often spoke of her belief that “Romance is beauty that touches the emotional part of our being” and believed that everyone could choose to surround themselves with romance in their daily life. With that idea she incorporated romance and beauty, and an elegant sensuality, into every product she designed.

It is really lovely and functional. Works as a collection purse or an evening purse for that wedding or formal event.
