Vintage Antique PLS (Pfeiffer & Lowenstein) Geschutzt Lidded Sugar Bowl and Creamer, Circa 1890-1900, Austria-Hungary, Rare Find

This beautiful antique lidded sugar bowl and creamer set, marked “PLS (Pfeiffer & Löwenstein) Geschützt”was made in the Art Nouveau era, around 1890 - 1900, in Austria - Hungary. This duo are massive, richly decorated pieces, painted with flower bouquets on both sides and the lid. They are a rare find!

The creamer measures approximately 5"" Tall x 5-1/2" Wide (spout to handle) and the sugar bowl measures approximately 6-1/2" Wide (handle to handle) x 4-1/2" Tall (without the lid).

This antique sugar and creamer set in white porcelain with a pink, purple, yellow, and blue flower pattern on both sides and rimmed in gold. They are in very beautiful condition with no chips, cracks or repairs. They are both stamped "Geschutzt PLS 5024" on the bottom. They have a simple, yet elegant design that draws you in. This lovely sugar and creamer would make a great addition to a collection/display as well as a functional set to accent your dining table or coffee bar.
