Ovenware Tureen Tastesetter By Sigma With 3D Vegetable Lid from Portugal. Sigma Tastesetter was a New York-based importer/distributor of giftware that started in the late 1960s. Later it became known as the Towle International Company -- that became a leader in Sesame Street and Star Wars products and other figural cookie jars.

This tureen/casserole measures approximately 5" High (from top of lid) x 5-7/8" long (Side to Side) x 3 3/4" wide (front to back) x 1-3/4" deep. Made of Ceramic, oven-safe and suitable for serving dishes. Also called a casserole dish. Made in Portugal. Marked on bottom: "Ovenware Sigma, The Tastesetter, Portugal" In very good condition with some signs of ear on the inside of lid. (See photos - priced accordingly). Great decor piece!
