This beautiful German vintage bracelet is signed on the back of the clasp "Amerikaner MP" (Moser & Pfeil). Moser & Pfeil is a German jewelry company with a history dating back over 100 years, specializing in high-quality, handcrafted jewelry --their production is located near Pforzheim, known as the "gold town" of Germany.

Amerikaner refers to a type of rolled gold plating developed in the 19th century, where gold is fused to a metal base and then rolled into sheets -- traditionally meaning the base metal is double coated/plated in gold but not solid gold.

This articulated 18Kt gold plated cuff wrap is in very good vintage condition with minimal age related wear -- inside of clasp --not effecting the beauty of the piece. Measuring approximately 1" Wide x 7-3/4" Long, it is simply beautiful! A must have for those who appreciate high quality vintage jewelry.
