Vintage Fiesta HCL 9-7/8" Turquoise Fluted Vase with Scalloped Edge, Circa 1938-1958, Made in USA

This beautiful vintage Fiesta Turquoise Vase, by Homer Laughlin, is from the 1937 - 1959 time frame. This lovely Fiesta vase is absolutely gorgeous --the color is so vibrant! In excellent condition, with no chips, cracks, or stains, this vase is for collectors and lovers of beautiful vases.

Wonderful addition of a rare and beautiful vase for your home/office or as a special gift. With it's fluted design and scalloped rim, it would look awesome on a table or mantle with fresh cut flowers -- or simply by itself as a wonderful decor piece. Measures approximately, 9-7/8" " Tall, x 5" Wide (across the top) x4-1/4" (at the base).

Color: Turquoise (original vintage line)
Marking on Base: Impressed "fiesta / HLC / USA"
Edge Stamping: "EG" (visible on clay rim)

Dating the Vase:
The impressed “fiesta HLC USA” mark combined with:
The turquoise glaze,
The hand-finished scalloped rim, and
The worker’s initials "EG" in the clay edge,
strongly indicate authentic vintage production between 1937 and the early 1950s — most likely 1940s–early 1950s.

Why:
This style of impressed mark (lowercase "fiesta" in script with HLC USA beneath) was used during the original Fiesta era (1936–1969).
Turquoise was in production from 1937–1959.
The fluted vases were introduced in late 1930s and phased out by the mid-1950s.
