Vintage Porcelain 1/2 Doll Trinket Jar, Victorian Figurine, Hand-Painted Japan

Vintage 1/2 doll porcelain trinket/powder jewelry or dresser jar featuring an 18th century Victorian woman in lace formal attire. Hand-painted and decorated, she is in a gown with a split front hoop skirt and wide ruffled sleeves. The painted flowers for her hair and her colorful flowered fan, along with the soft pinks and blues add to her femininity and charm. The 1/2 doll is marked on the bottom: "Hand-Painted Wales China Japan". Simply lovely and a rare find.

This vintage figurine jewelry/trinket box is beautiful -- it measures approximately 3-1/4" Wide x 5" Tall. This trinket jar is in very good vintage condition, with no chips, cracks, or stains. Could be an attractive accent on the top of a bureau/dresser to hold small jewelry items / trinkets. This charming dresser piece makes a wonderful gift or a special treat for yourself. A rare find for a collector.
