Vintage RS Prussia Rose Celery Dish: Teal Porcelain, Circa 1869-1921

Vintage RS Prussia (Reinhold Schlegelmilch) white rose Flower pattern porcelain celery /relish dish, made in Prussia, (now Germany), Circa 1869-1921.

R.S. Prussia, a type of ornate porcelain, was produced by Reinhold Schlegelmilch's factories in Germany, primarily from the late 1800s through World War I. The company's Suhl factory, where the earliest R.S. Prussia pieces were made, was known for its intricate floral designs and decorative details. After WWI, the factory relocated to Tillowitz, Germany.

A rare find, this vintage hand-painted porcelain tray is absolutely gorgeous. On the bottom of the tray it is stamped with a red crown, R S Prussia, encircled in a green wreath.

This fabulous tray measures approximately 9-1/4" long x 4-1/4" across at widest point. It is in beautiful condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs. This is a beautiful piece to use or display. A great addition to any collection or to complete a set.
