Beautiful 1960's vintage Silver City Flanders sterling silver overlay glass serving plate -- perfect for serving cakes, desserts or appetizers. This piece features a raised sterling silver floral pattern The edge has a delicate pattern with silver scalloped edging and two glass handles. In the center is a silver banner that says "25th Anniversary".
