June McKenna Santa Christmas Folkart Collectible, "Country Santa",1995 signed on bottom. June McKenna is a well known sculptor who has work in museums and the Smithsonian. In the early 1980s she created a hand made line of folk art and Christmas collectibles. They were popular collectibles in the 1980's and 90's with their unique, old fashioned folk art charm.

This vintage Santa Claus flat-back figurine is a Country Santa in a dark red robe, holding a small evergreen tree and a sack, with two sheep at his feet. It is a hand-painted collectible carved from resin. This Santa measures approximately 5-1/8" in height and is in very good vintage condition -- he also has a hole in the back for a string or wire to hang.

Would make an awesome addition to any Christmas collection or display or as a gift for a collector.
